– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
– Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
– Monitor sales performance and provide guidance for improvement
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
– Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

– Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Excellent time management and organisational skills
– Ability to supervise and guide team members effectively
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
– Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management
