Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve in a comfortable and safe environment. This position requires a blend of empathy, patience, and practical skills to effectively support clients in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and hospice care.

Duties

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
• Implement behaviour management techniques for clients with specific needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour.
• Drive clients to appointments or social outings as needed.
• Support families by providing respite care and emotional support during challenging times.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or home care. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous. Experience in specialised areas such as dementia care or hospice care is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £500.00-£750.00 per week
