We are recruiting for Street Lighting operatives to join our growing team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for carrying out all aspect of electrical installation and maintenance works.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Testing and Inspections

Surveying, TR22, asset data collection

Planned and reactive maintenance

Installation of lighting column and LED technology

Assisting in electrical testing activities

SWA Termination and Jointing

Excavation and reinstatement

Working at heights (MEWP)

There will be a requirement to work some unsociable hours and overtime and to undertake emergency call out and standby when required

Experience and qualifications required:

Street lighting or highways experience

HGV Driving Licence

C&G 17th or 18th Edition or Equivalent

Desirable:

NRSWA Units 1 to 9

HIAB operations

Street lighting or highways experience

G39 certification

HEA Approved

CSCS/ECS

IPAF qualified

Manual handling

Abrasive wheels

First Aid

Holder of valid driving licence

Excellent communication skills (verbal/written
