**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager will be responsible for overseeing the care of our clients, coordinating services, and advocating for their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.


– Manage and supervise healthcare staff including caregivers, and support personnel

– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to arrange for necessary materials, equipment, and other resources.

– Oversee medication administration and ensure proper protocols are followed

– Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

– Advocate for clients’ rights and ensure they receive appropriate services and resources.

– Manage financial aspects of care services, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

– Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to care staff to optimize productivity and client outcomes.


– Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a healthcare team

– Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office applications.

– Strong understanding of healthcare systems and resources

– Proficiency in medication administration protocols

– Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, residents, families, and external partners

– Strong understanding of staffing principles, scheduling techniques, and budgetary practices.
