Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique IT needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to develop competitive proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target new business opportunities within the UK market to expand our client base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to develop comprehensive proposals and deliver innovative solutions.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to the senior management team.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business avenues.


· Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar role within the IT services industry.

· Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· In-depth knowledge of the IT services market.

· Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to clients.

· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,292.00-£32,780.00 per year
