As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers by providing friendly and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Papa John’s standards and recipes. This includes dough stretching, topping application, baking, and packaging.
• Food Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all food safety procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following sanitation guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support your teammates by assisting with tasks as needed and communicating effectively.
• Efficiency: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as taking orders, preparing food, and processing payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Papa John’s menu offerings, promotions, and special deals to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, including cashier, pizza maker, and delivery driver (if applicable), based on business needs and your skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Availability to work Evenings, Weekends, and Bank holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
