We are currently on switching candidates who are on Student Visas (and have completed their CAS Course End Date), Dependent Visas, and Post-Grad Visas. You MUST have at least 3 months left on your visa, for your application to be considered.

About The Role:

– 2 Week Rota (W1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. W2: Wed, Thu, Fri)

– 07:00-14:00 AND 16:00-22:30

– £15.00 per hour

– £0.35 per mile (mileage claim)

– Biweekly pay schedule (Fridays, fortnightly)

– UK Visa Sponsorship Provided (Only UK-Based Applications will be considered. NO International Applications)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and review of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to clients’ individual needs.
• Conduct and record observations on clients’ health, well-being, and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and management.
• Ensure all staff follow care plans and risk assessments to provide safe and effective support.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals and oversee medication management within the team.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing staff development to maintain high standards of care.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to client care, staff performance, and shift handovers.
• Act as the first point of contact for any concerns, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring they are managed appropriately.

Requirements:

– Own car and valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)

– Currently residing in the UK on one of the following visas: Student, Graduate, Dependent

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a similar role preferred

– Compassionate and patient demeanor

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to follow instructions and work independently

– Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

– Must pass a background check and drug screening
