• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support patients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Help with the administration of medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with feeding patients who require help.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Provide emotional and social support to patients and their families.
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the nursing staff or doctors.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
