Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and a productive work environment for staff.
Responsibilities
– Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
– Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and meet performance goals
– Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to make informed business decisions
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
– Proven experience in sales management and retail operations
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
– Excellent time management and organisational skills
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
– Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer calls
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
– Ability to demonstrate team management capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £31,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
