Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store. Duties

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and training as necessary to improve skills and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to store management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on team management practices.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,700.00-£39,000.00 per year
