Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
Duties
– Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking
– Oversee kitchen operations during service
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
– Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
– Contribute to menu planning and development
– Ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Skills
– Proficient in culinary techniques and food production
– Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
– Experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff
– Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
– Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
