Social Media Representative- Legal Background

New candidate will be working for RM365 Group where Reliable Medicare have been running for over 12 years and with our expertise are branching out to different luxury and legal business sector. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated in-house Chinese speaking with Legal Background to join our team. As a Social Media Representative, you will handle social media interactions, primarily to engage with Chinese customers, expand our business within the community, and drive sales. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, as well as protecting the interests of our clients. You also need to be a Chinese speaker as you will be handling and monitor all advertising activites across Chinese social media platform. This would be a suited for someone who likes a challenge as well as having the confidence in their skills.


  • Manage customer service inquiries from our Chinese customers across all online channels, serving as their primary contact.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries on various platforms professionally and promptly, enhancing the customer experience to increase sales.
  • Promote the services and company image through writing articles on all social platforms, including FaceBook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn WeChat Moments, The Red (Xiao Hong Shu), Weibo, etc.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, The Red (Xiao Hong Shu).
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and resources to promote to and attract customers within the Chinese market.
  • Be knowledgeable about all major Chinese social media platforms and their target audiences to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
  • Suggest new marketing strategies with fresh and open-minded ideas to optimize business performance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Chinese social media platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Keep up to date with AI tools and technologies relevant to social media marketing and use them to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organisation


-Strong Chinese writing skills

– Experience with WordPress platform is a plus.

– Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

– Excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients

– Analytical mindset to assess complex legal issues and provide sound advice

– Administrative proficiency to handle documentation, record keeping, and correspondence

– Background in the law field is required.

– Experience: Prior legal experience and social media management is usually required

– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the organisation operates is often advantageous.

– Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills are often needed.

– Strong understanding or past experience with visa applications and international regulations would be advantageous.


Salary based on skills and experience. Bonus system, with a definite 6-month bonus (every June and December).

Compulsory wearing of formal office attire (uniform allowance of £800 per year).

Personal phones should not be used during working hours, only at lunchtime (no snacks during working hours).

Working hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm), 1 hour lunch break.

Holidays: 20 days per year, plus bank holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
