With three successful cafés in Bolton, Blackburn, and Manchester, RF Café has built a reputation for delicious all-day brunch and viral desserts. Now, we’re expanding with a brand-new bakery in Bolton—and we’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef / Baker to help bring our vision to life.

About the Role:

We are searching for an experienced and passionate baker who specialises in croissants, sourdough, artisan bread, and patisserie. You’ll play a key role in developing and producing high-quality, handcrafted baked goods for our café and bakery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Preparing and baking croissants, sourdough, artisan bread, and pastries to a high standard
– Working with quality ingredients to create consistently fresh and delicious products
– Assisting in the development of new recipes and menu items
– Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bakery
– Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

– Experience in professional baking, specifically with croissants and sourdough
– Strong technical skills in laminating, shaping, and proofing dough
– A passion for artisanal baking and attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong team player with a positive attitude
