Senior Care Assistant – Sponsorship Available

To be considered for Sponsorship you must:
- Be living in the UK
- Live within a 30 minute commute of Sleaford
- Have over 6 months of experience in a care role
- Be fluent in written and verbal English communication to the required levels needed for sponsorship
Job Overview:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of residents in our care home. You will play a key role in providing supportto a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
– Supporting colleagues in delivering person-centered care to residents
– Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
– Monitoring the quality of care provided and implementing improvements as needed
– Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
– Providing hands-on support with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration
– Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records
Skills:
– Previous experience in senior care or a similar leadership role within a care home setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
– Proficiency in IT for maintaining records and documentation
– Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans
