Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations and lead our team of beauty professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the salon.

Duties
– Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
– Supervise salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Implement sales strategies to drive retail revenue and meet targets
– Maintain a clean and organised salon environment
– Utilise strong organisational skills to coordinate appointments and salon activities
– Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered

Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
– Previous experience in a salon or retail management role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
– Excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with clients and staff
– Multilingual abilities would be advantageous
– Proficiency in selling beauty products and services
– Bilingual capabilities would be a plus for effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,106.70-£37,355.12 per year
