Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive experienced in international education recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan sales activities, and lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer.
  • Growing customer base, generating new business by qualifying opportunities, and contacting prospective customers.
  • Give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective clients about UK secondary school application process.
  • Discuss customer requirements to analyse their needs and provide solutions by selecting appropriate services.
  • Discuss purchase options for services to customers, with quotations and cost calculations, negotiate terms of sales and agreements, service delivered date, and close sales date.
  • Maintain sales records, and handled customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence by demonstrating detailed service knowledge, competitor knowledge, and an understanding of the market.
  • Stays up to date with advances in the industry and competitors, and suggests improvement to our service.

Experience

  • Experience working with customers in sales and marketing.
  • Market knowledge in the educational industry.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese resident students applying for the shools in the UK and abroad
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve and resolve potential disputes
  • Strong time management skills
  • Sales planning and preparation skills
  • Customer engagement and needs analysing skills
  • Strong communicating and negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to speak foreign languages
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Basic IT skills to exploit digital technologies to aid the sales cycle and maintain sales records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £39,000.00 per year
