We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the sales team.
Responsibilities
– Handling sales administration tasks efficiently
– Communicating with customers and internal teams
– Organising and maintaining sales records and reports
– Providing administrative support to the sales team
– Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Skills
– Proficiency in English
– Strong organisational and administrative skills
– Experience with Sage and Excel software
– Excellent customer service skills
– Basic IT knowledge
– Competency in Microsoft Word
