Restaurant Manager – 3 Star Hotel – Wales / Sponsorship Available

Our prestigious client operates a quality 3 Star Hotel and are looking for talented Restaurant Manager to join there team.
Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspiring and motivating restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
The requirements for the position are:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Currently living in UK with a Valid visa
- English language proficiency
