Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary knowledge, excellent supervisory skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.


  • Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers.
  • Answer questions related to menu items and make recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers.
  • Make recommendations and encourage up sells.
  • Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Regularly check on customers during their meal to refresh drinks and see if they need anything.
  • Prepare itemised checks and hand them to customers and take payment.
  • Answer phone calls and take orders for takeaway customers.
  • Stock management.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to update menus.
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety.
  • Understanding of licencing laws.

– Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
