*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, managing pharmacy staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of pharmacy IT systems. *Responsibilities* – Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. – Supervise and train pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism. – Provide expert advice to patients regarding medications, potential side effects, and proper usage. – Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication therapies. – Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and ensure the confidentiality of patient information. – Implement and monitor pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. – Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to pharmacy services promptly. *Skills* – Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and staff. – Proficient in IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations, including electronic health records and dispensing software. – Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients and enhance their experience. – Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
