Elysium Group are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Zinnia Southend on a full time basis.

Zinnia Southend is a 180 cover restaurant located at the luxury Clifftown Shore development offering high end Pan Pacific & Asian dining using fresh, high quality authentic ingredients to produce innovative and exciting dishes from Asia and the Pacific’s.

As a pastry chef you will need to possess;

• A real passion for top quality, pastry, desserts and afternoon teas.
• A commitment to on the job training
• A friendly personality and a can-do attitude
• At least 2 years kitchen experience
• At least 1 year in a similar position
• At least level 2 food safety certificate
• A good understanding of HACCAP and COSSH
