What You’ll Do:

• Carry out comprehensive pre-operative assessments and visual testing
• Counsel patients on treatment choices and outcomes with empathy and expertise
• Perform post-operative checks to track progress and enhance visual success
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure consistent, outstanding care
• Maintain detailed clinical records in line with best-practice guidelines

Who We’re Looking For:

• GOC-registered Optometrists (UK-trained or internationally qualified)
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A strong interest in refractive or cataract surgery (experience welcome but not essential)
• A calm, confident presence in a dynamic clinical setting
