We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Duties
1. Administrative Duties:
– Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including vehicle sales records, employee files, and financial documents.
– Supply Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
– Customer Service: Address customer inquiries or issues that arise related to paperwork, financing, or other administrative matters.
2. Sales Support:
– Documentation: Ensure all vehicle sales are properly documented, including titles, registrations, and loan paperwork.
– Deal Processing: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that all deals are processed in a timely manner.
– Reporting: Provide sales and financial reports to management, assisting in data-driven decision-making.
3. Compliance and Legal:
– Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the dealership adheres to all state and federal regulations, including those related to vehicle sales and financing.
– Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure that all financial and operational processes are compliant with dealership policies.
4. Communication and Coordination:
– Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a point of contact between various departments, facilitating communication and coordination.
– Meetings: Organize and participate in management meetings, providing updates on office operations and financial status.
– Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, including service providers and suppliers.
5. Technology Management:
– Systems Oversight: Manage dealership management software (DMS), ensuring that it’s functioning effectively for all departments.
– IT Coordination: Liaise with IT support for any technical issues related to office equipment and software.
These responsibilities may vary depending on the size of the dealership and specific dealership needs, but overall, the Office Manager plays a key role in the efficiency and success of a car dealership’s operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
