Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Organize and lead meetings, while maintaining detailed and accurate databases to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the staff team, including scheduling, task assignment, and delegation of responsibilities to optimize productivity.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the company.
- Handle client communications, including addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on exchange rates, market trends, and financial transactions to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Process invoices and manage budgets to maintain the financial well-being of the company.
- Implement and oversee compliance procedures related to KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees to facilitate a cohesive and integrated team environment.
- Participate in management meetings, providing operational updates, insights, and trend analysis.
- Assist HR and finance teams with personnel records and financial management, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to procedures for the issuance, amendment, and endorsement of insurance policies.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate office activities and resources, including ticketing and accommodation services, to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Have Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and basic financial management systems.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent coordination skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, including KYC and CDD processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
