Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Organize and lead meetings, while maintaining detailed and accurate databases to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the staff team, including scheduling, task assignment, and delegation of responsibilities to optimize productivity.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the company.
  • Handle client communications, including addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on exchange rates, market trends, and financial transactions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
  • Process invoices and manage budgets to maintain the financial well-being of the company.
  • Implement and oversee compliance procedures related to KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees to facilitate a cohesive and integrated team environment.
  • Participate in management meetings, providing operational updates, insights, and trend analysis.
  • Assist HR and finance teams with personnel records and financial management, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures for the issuance, amendment, and endorsement of insurance policies.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate office activities and resources, including ticketing and accommodation services, to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

  • Have Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in office management or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and basic financial management systems.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent coordination skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, including KYC and CDD processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Performance bonus
