Position: Nursery Practitioner
Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible shifts ofn 7 am to 7 pm Rota – 15 TO 25 hours
Contract: Term-time and full time hours

Job Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Montessori method.
• Planning and engaging in creative, age-appropriate activities.
• Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
• Maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Unqualified – if you are willing to train as a level 2/3 apprentice on the job training.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A passion for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Montessori training is desirable but not essential.

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
