We are looking for a Night Nurse who is seeking a rewarding job within our Hafod Nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of nursing care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity.

This role is based at Ty Penrhos Care Home near Caerphilly, working in our dementia unit.

This is a permanent role working 36.75 hours a week on night shift – 19.45 – 08:00 with paid breaks.

Ty Penrhos Care Home in Caerphilly is a large 83 bed home providing a modern, homely setting for our residents. The design of Ty Penrhos supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting. The Care Home has been built to exacting standards and supports residents to maximize their independence.
