About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations for a leading Pan-Asian restaurant group with multiple thriving branches across the UK. Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing brand that prides itself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences inspired by the rich and diverse flavors of Asia.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned branches operate efficiently, profitably, and in line with the company’s standards. You’ll lead and support restaurant managers, uphold excellent customer service, and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches

– Support and develop restaurant managers to meet performance targets

– Monitor sales, KPIs, and budget compliance across sites

– Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

– Recruit, train, and retain team members as needed

– Coordinate with head office on strategic initiatives and reporting

– Conduct regular site visits and audits

– Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi-site Operations Manager in the hospitality or restaurant sector

– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

– Passionate about Pan-Asian cuisine and customer service excellence

– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

– Flexible and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities

– Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle – travel is an essential part of the role

– Right to work in the UK or eligibility for visa sponsorship (sponsorship available for suitable candidates)
