Job Description:
Guide Point Properties Limited is a dynamic and growing company, we are looking for a Managing Director Assistant to support both personal assistance tasks and company marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute online marketing, including managing social media
  • platforms and digital content.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support other business-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in marketing and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Ability to work legally in the UK.
