Job Description:
Guide Point Properties Limited is a dynamic and growing company, we are looking for a Managing Director Assistant to support both personal assistance tasks and company marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with teams to execute online marketing, including managing social media
- platforms and digital content.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining strong relationships.
- Support other business-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in marketing and administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to work legally in the UK.
