Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
– Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
– Administer employee benefits programs and communicate effectively with staff regarding benefits
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
– Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

– Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
– Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Administrative proficiency in human resources tasks
– Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft

Pay: £39,500.00-£57,021.68 per year
