Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Razorpoint, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and enhancement of user interfaces and user experiences for our web and mobile applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your design skills while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to refine and iterate on design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of design deliverables.
• Help maintain and update design documentation and style guides for future reference.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UX/UI design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
