About Us: V Recruit Talent is seeking for a Hotel Sales Manager for our client based in Stourport in a premier hospitality establishment known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary: The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
