Amicus Homecare are looking for caring, compassionate and hard working carers to join our Domiciliary Care Team in Bath.

As a member of our team you’ll make a real difference delivering care to older adults in our local communities. Applicants must have previous experience in health or social care.

Who would make an ideal care worker?

We are looking for people with the following attributes;
* Kind, caring and compassionate and would care for people like your own family.
* Hard working – willing to work split shifts of 40 hours per week plus travel (travel is paid for).
* A happy ‘people person’ who wants to make a difference to someone’s life, is interested in others and willing to listen to and respond to the needs of others.
* Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, social inclusion, companionship, shopping and light household duties.

This job involves travelling from home to home and providing care in peoples homes. The hours are variable – split shifts – as care is provided at various times of the day, seven days a week. So you must be prepared to work on any day of the week in the morning and late afternoon to early evening.

You must hold a valid driving licence.
