We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing essential care services. The role involves assisting individuals with their healthcare needs in there own home

*Duties*

– Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide compassionate care

– Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals

– Support patients with daily activities, personal care, and mobility

– Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care provided

– Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes

*Skills*

– Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues

– Ability to drive or travel to different locations as required

– Prior experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous

– Proficiency in English language for clear communication

– Familiarity with care plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.30-£12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
