We are currently looking for a really dedicated and experienced RVN to join our team as Head Registered Veterinary Nurse.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Head RVN role in a busy, first opinion GP surgery. Ideally you will enjoy clinical coaching and supporting student nurses and be passionate about animal care, and working alongside our fantastic team of Nurses, Vets and VCAs here at Swaleside Vets.
We are located in a converted house with 3 floors. We have an in-house lab, cattery/ isolation space, two consultation rooms, prep room, theatre, two large walk in kennels and a recovery room. Equipment wise we have multiparameter, a top-notch ultrasound, digital x-ray and more…with a list of what’s to come! We are ISFM Silver Accredited Cat Friendly and there are no OOHs with this position.
We have a really experienced team here, including incredible Surgery & Imaging Vets and a really fantastic team of RVNs and VCAs.
We are based in a lovely countryside town, only a 10 minute drive from Sittingbourne with good motorway links including access to the M2.
This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week over 4 days with a share of weekends on a permanent contract.
