Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further!

We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our brigade of talented chefs in one of the most thrilling new restaurant openings in the UK.

Bazaar is looking to become the leading restaurant in Tees Valley, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. With a fantastic 360 open kitchen concept, meaning you will have the opportunity to really showcase your skills and creativity. Offering an exceptional dining experience, in a atmosphere like no other.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence.
  • Create and develop innovative menus that reflect our commitment to quality and taste.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of premium ingredients.
  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve and elevate the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef.
