We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation to ensure the highest standards of quality and taste.

Duties include:

– Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support

– Oversee food production, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards

– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

– Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures

*Experience*

– Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting

– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

– Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable

– Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
