Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our client’s in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with a passion for creating innovative dishes that reflect our client restaurant’s vision.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations to ensure high-quality meals are consistently delivered.
• Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a positive working environment.
• Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and manage ordering processes to minimise waste.
• Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant’s standards for taste and quality.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership, with excellent supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative flair for menu development with an understanding of current culinary trends.
