The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hospitality venues and a deep understanding of Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective planning and management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
• Marketing & Promotion: Work with marketing teams to develop promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain and improve the food offering, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian food and culture.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
