We are seeking a dynamic fundraising professional to spearhead capital-raising efforts from family offices, private investors, and crowdfunding platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-led team driving impact, growth, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with real estate and AI sector growth
• Can bring in funds to build our own crowdfunding opportunties.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and early-stage institutional investors
• Lead outreach campaigns and investor roadshows (virtual and in-person)
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for investor onboarding and regulatory alignment
• Explore and manage crowdfunding opportunities (e.g., Seedrs, Crowdcube, Kickstarter)
• Prepare compelling investment decks, term sheets, and performance reports
• Represent the company at investor and industry networking events

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in raising capital (£250k+) across private investment or venture capital channels
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of either real estate investing, AI-driven ventures, or both
• Confidence working with international stakeholders, investors, and UK-based regulatory frameworks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously and creatively
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31,500.00-£60,000.00 per year
