We are looking for a Franchise Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help manage daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and team performance.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Ensure outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor stock levels and place orders, ensuring food and supplies meet business needs. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with UK regulations. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations of team members. Support franchise compliance, ensuring all brand standards and procedures are upheld. Work closely with management to implement new processes and drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in restaurant management, supervision, or hospitality leadership(minimum 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of food safety, health & hygiene regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Experience in a franchise environment is a plus.
