Floor Manager: Visa sponsorship

NANDU'S KITCHEN LTD

For our restaurant in the town, we are searching for a floor manager with at least one year of experience. The chosen candidate will oversee all aspects of the company with the founders, collaborate well with others, and ideally be able to take on many tasks as needed.

Among the responsibilities will be hiring, stock ordering, managing the team’s overall performance, and organizing rosters within financial constraints. Salary is flexible based on skills and experience.

Our manager should be able to work most weekends, as they are our busiest times, and should be able to open and close the store throughout their shift.

As a manager, your duties will include:

  • Providing our guests with consistently excellent service that they will remember
  • Aiming to fulfill and enhance the store’s and brand’s objectives
  • Fostering an enjoyable and inspiring team atmosphere while concentrating on internal talent development
  • Making sure the eatery is lawful and safe
  • Having a commercial mindset and being mindful of how choices affect the larger company
  • Guiding the front desk staff to provide five-star customer service
  • Accountability for maintaining all facilities tidily, neatly, and prepared for the public
  • Implementing in place a rota system to guarantee prompt service without going over budget
  • Educating and orienting every team member to guarantee service provision.

  • Managing Cash
  • Collaborating with the chef to guarantee outstanding food service; marketing and advertising, including creating a detailed schedule of sports-related activities.
  • Ordering and stock taking

Qualifications and Experience:

  • One year of experience managing restaurants
  • Outstanding communication and organizing abilities
  • Capacity to provide a positive example and exhibit qualities of a cohesive team
  • Excellent detail-orientedness
  • Capacity to establish rapport with coworkers and customers
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • A positive outlook
  • The ability to work late and on weekends
  • Tier 2 sponsorship is accessible to qualified applicants.
  • Effective communication abilities
  • A driver’s license will be beneficial.

The role is evening and weekend based and flexibility around these times is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Graduate

Pay: £31,350.00-£39,670.00 per year
