Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Tandoor Chef to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Newcastle, UK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and have atleast 1.5 years of proven experience working as a Tandoor Chef in the UK. He must be aware of UK hygiene standard and must adhere to it. Ready to offer sponsorship for the right candidate.

Duties:
– Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the Tandoor section
– Plan & Prep ahead of time for the busy days
– Assist Head Chef and work as a team to build the brand
– Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen
– Manage food costs and inventory effectively
– Use Tandoor in day to day basis to make grills and Naans
– Uphold health and safety standards at all times

Experience:
– Proven experience working as a Tandoor Chef for atleast 1.5 years in the UK
– Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment
– Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting
– A passion for delivering top-quality dishes to customers
