Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring that all painting and decorating work meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
* Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper or fabric to walls.
* Mix and match paint and other finishes to achieve desired colors and textures.
* Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply finishes.
* Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy after completing a job.
* Inspect and repair surfaces to maintain quality standards.
* Work with other construction professionals to complete projects.
* Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
* Extensive knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
* Proficient in using painting tools and equipment.
* Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
* Relevant certification or diploma in painting and decorating or related field is a plus.
