Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bricklayer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring that all bricklaying work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials in mortar to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to understand project specifications.
* Measure and cut bricks to size using hammers, chisels, and power tools.
* Ensure bricks are laid in a straight line and level.
* Apply and smooth mortar or other substances to adhere bricks together.
* Work with other construction professionals such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects.
* Inspect and replace damaged bricks or mortar as needed.
* Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bricklayer.
* Extensive knowledge of bricklaying techniques and methods of installation and construction.
* Proficient in using bricklaying tools and equipment.
* Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
* Excellent physical stamina and strength.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Relevant certification or diploma in bricklaying or related field is a plus.
