Immediate Start – Certificate of Sponsorship Available

Important Requirements:

• You must relocate to Goole before starting employment
• You must have a UK driving licence and your own car
• You must be ready to start immediately
• This role is open to UK-based applicants and international applicants requiring sponsorship (COS) – sponsorship available immediately for suitable candidates

Key Details:

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
• Pay: £12.82 per hour (minimum)
• Permanent contract with consistent hours
• Work location: In the community (Goole and surrounding areas)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and dignified personal care
• Support with daily living tasks including meal prep, mobility, and companionship
• Administer and record medications accurately
• Build trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing
• Follow all care plans, risk assessments, and report concerns promptly
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Act in accordance with CQC, Home Office, and local authority regulations
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development
• Support individuals with complex needs or at end-of-life, where required
• Deliver culturally competent and person-centred care
