We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to individuals, ensuring they can live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
• Support in implementing personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, their families, and your team members
• Use IT systems to document care and maintain accurate reports
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments or social outings as required
