Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food preparation meets quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and dietary requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary guidelines while upholding quality.

Pay: £11.44-£14.85 per hour
