Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage service counter
– Coordinate and manage our team of 10 plus Motor vehicle technicians
– Access customer requirements and quote on work required, book in jobs control work flow .
– Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
– Provide recommendations to support business decisions
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
– Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed

-Make sure all staff are working within health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
– Level 3 in motor mechanics or related field
– Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
– Strong knowledge of Motor trade principles and regulations
– Proficient in management
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Working times are Monday to Friday 8.15am to 6pm and every other Saturday 8.15am to 4pm .Pay is calculated hourly based on the above hours .

Holidays ,You get 28 Days paid Holiday per year .

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,500.00 per year

  • service desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • work shop controller: 1 year (preferred)
  • working in a Garage: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
