Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems, social media marketing, and effective communication skills to enhance our online presence.

Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing multimedia content.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
  • Utilise email marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content development.
  • Maintain the content management system (CMS), ensuring all content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content to improve performance and relevance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google tools for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Basic video editing skills to create engaging video content.
  • Excellent social media management capabilities to drive engagement and growth.
  • Proven experience in content creation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with CSS for minor website adjustments is advantageous.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus for creating visually compelling content.
  • Strong marketing acumen to effectively promote content initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content management.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
