Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects with main responsibilities as below:

Responsibilities:
– Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating activities

– You will be the main point of contact for all purchasing and record keeping

– This role requires communicating the budget and reporting on current stock and future requirements amongst all parties involved
– Supervise and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is carried out effectively
– Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
– Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes in the project
– Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders
– Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction
– Ensure all materials and equipment are procured in a timely manner

Experience:
– Proven experience in managing projects that included purchasing and record keeping
– Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
– Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in project management software is a plus

Pay: £35,000.00-£47,537.54 per year
